Girl’s 1914 Afternoon Dress pattern-from Sense &
Sensibility
This is the companion
pattern for the Women's 1914 Afternoon Dress.
Sizes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 &
10 all included in one envelope.
Options for short,
puffed sleeves and cap sleeves (short or long) included.
Pattern
includes instructions for lace insertion, and appendix includes traceable
embroidery designs. You can also use the pattern to create a simple
shift-style underdress. All instructions included! Appendix shows earlier
designs for girls, so you can see how easy it is to make this pattern work
for the early to mid-Edwardian Era.
This pattern is rated "intermediate" because of the heirloom techniques
included (French seams; lace insertion). However, making a simple day dress
is not beyond the skill of a beginner!

Girls'
Pinafore and Pantaloons Pattern-from Sense & Sensibility
This is the Girl’s
Pinafore pattern with bonus Pantaloon pattern on the same sheet. This
pattern was created to work within several different eras and be versatile
enough for play and dress-up! * Sizes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 & 10 all included in
one envelope. * Illustrated instructions make construction easy! * Options
for plain and fancy pinafores. * Bonus pattern included for long pantaloons!
This pinafore will work over the girl’s Regency Dress pattern, but it is
also appropriate for the Romantic Era and the late Victorian-early Edwardian
eras. The plain pinafore is rated "easy," because a beginner
could put it together with no trouble. The heirloom pinafore requires some
more advanced sewing techniques (French seams, tucks, etc.), but it is still
more "intermediate" than "advanced." These are quick and easy to
make and can also be created in "plain" and "fancy" versions!

Girl's Regency Gown
Pattern-from Sense & Sensibility

only if you prefer). The bodice back has the
period
correct dropped shoulder seams and curved side back seams. A wide ribbon
around the waist gives the dress a darling "Kate Greenaway" look. The
pattern is rated "intermediate" because of the lining and understitching,
but it is actually easier to put together than the women's pattern.
